The Journal of the Travellers’ Aid Society 17 (Summer, 1983) has an awesome cover by Chris White. Ridley Scott’s Alien is definitely on the brain. Unfortunately, despite some odd alien species and an article that expands on some military vs. alien bug horde (a la Starship Troopers), there isn’t anything on that film’s level. Considering the big word “Atmospheres” on the cover, I guess the cover art is supposed to be illustrating the corrosive atmospheres detailed in the pull-out rules supplement. This seems to be a missed opportunity, though.
