This is Dragon Magazine 55, from November, 1981. That cover is some prime grade Erol Otus and I believe it is the only cover Otus did for the magazine, which is mind boggling to me.

The most noteworthy thing in the issue, for me at least, is Ed Greenwood’s review of the Fiend Folio. He hated it, pretty much.
