This is the licensed Dungeons & Dragons DAS Modelling Clay set (1982). Or, more accurately, one of them — the other sports molds for dragons and goblins. This is by far the more common of the two, though. As much as I want to groan about this tie-in, I find that I can’t, really. It’s pretty cool for what it is. I would totally use it with my kid, if I could be sure the molds wouldn’t break (and, I guess, assuming I could find similar clay — do they make Pronto anymore?). Hm. Maybe I WILL make these with my kid…

Anyway, I would have loved this thing when I was a kid. Its way better than some of the other doofy tie-in products, for sure.
