This is The Shrieker, a campaign newsletter by Clint Marsh that ran for 16 issue from 2006 to 2007. It is 100% awesome.

This was never for sale, it was privately circulated to folks who played in Clint’s games (or who Clint was trying to entice to play). So it is 100% a labor of love that was never meant for outside eyes, which is why I am only sharing a small portion – I want folks to know this exists, but exhaustively reproducing it feels somehow wrong. So a glimpse will have to do. (How did I get a set? A DM has to have his secrets.)
The first issue is a one-sheet log of events from an adventure (B1-In Search of the Unknown) and, like just about every other issue, uses re-purposed module art to great effect. Later issues grew more elaborate, including essays and other fun stuff. There are reproductions of certain legendary sections of Deities & Demigods, invites to parties (D&D-themed movie nights/Christmas parties and a celebration of Gary Gygax’s 69th birthday), monster stickers and paper miniature kit (those last two are missing from my set, alas). My favorite, though, is the yearbook, which collects all the PCs of the previous year (marking those who died with a cross).
Its great fun all the way through and is kind of a monument to all the stuff I think is most important about TTRPGs, primarily getting together with friends around the table and making some memories. I only wish I has the time and energy to memorialize my sessions this way.
Clint, by the way, is the man behind Fiddler’s Green, and is a publisher of “art & magic for tea-drinking anarchists, convivial conjurors & closeted optimists,” which translates to gorgeous esoteric zines and pamphlets. Check out his stuff!

This is some of the most marvelous encapsulation of gaming ever inscribed! I want to read them all!
