The trilogy ends solidly, with a couple clever twists.
Tag: Dungeons & Dragons
I4: Oasis of the White Palm (1983)
A continuation of the previous module, like most middle chapters, it flounder a little bit.
I3: Pharaoh (1982)
The first module by the Hickmans for TSR, it deserves its classic repuation.
I2: Tomb of the Lizard King (1982)
An under-appreciated classic with a vicious twist.
I1: Dwellers of the Forbidden City (1981)
A bit of a glorious mess.
RA3: Touch of Death (1991)
The third Ravenloft module finally introduces an over-arching plot, but climaxes with NPCs fighting each other. At least it has mummies.
RA2: Ship of Horror (1991)
The second Ravenloft module dails the production value down somewhat while also meandering somewhat frustratingly.
RA1: Feast of Goblyns (1990)
The first adventure module for the Ravenloft campaign setting goes all out while also not going anywhere of much note.
